Subprocessor and Service Provider Notice

1. How this notice works

Inquev uses selected service providers to operate Inqevra AI. Depending on the feature, a provider may process account data, user content, usage records, payment metadata, security logs, or email delivery data only for the documented service purpose.

2. Current provider register

• NVIDIA: Text and coding model inference for enabled Inqevra AI and Evra’X capabilities.
• OpenAI: Enabled vision, image, speech, transcription, and voice capabilities.
• Supabase: Database, authentication, file storage, and application infrastructure.
• Vercel: Application hosting, delivery, and operational logs.
• Razorpay: Payments, subscriptions, refunds, and transaction records.
• Resend: Transactional and account email delivery.
• Expo: Mobile application build, update, and delivery tooling.

3. Provider safeguards and changes

We select providers based on the required functionality, security, reliability, contractual commitments, and legal requirements. Providers may process data outside India. We may add, replace, or remove a provider as the Service changes and will update this notice when a material change affects processing.

Providers may have their own privacy notices and terms. Where a provider acts as an independent controller for its own service, its notice governs that processing; Inquev remains responsible for the processing it controls.

4. Business and Enterprise customers

Business and Enterprise customers that need a controller-to-processor arrangement should use the Business Data Processing Addendum and their order form. A customer may request the current provider register and reasonable information needed for its compliance review.
