Copyright and Intellectual Property Notices

1. Our rights

Inqevra AI, the Inquev name and marks, Evra’X, Evra Studio, interfaces, documentation, and original site content are owned by Inquev or its licensors. Nothing in the Service transfers those rights except the limited rights expressly granted in the Terms of Service.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already have in prompts, files, media, and other material you submit. Before uploading or sharing material, confirm that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis required for the intended processing. AI output may be similar to another user's output and may not be protectable or unique.

3. Infringement report

Send a notice to support@technovix.in with “Copyright notice” in the subject. Include your name and contact details, identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its URL or account reference, explain your rights and good-faith basis, and sign the notice. Do not send unnecessary personal data or confidential evidence.

We may request clarification, temporarily restrict access, notify the affected user where lawful, preserve evidence, and take action consistent with applicable law and the Terms of Service. A report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.

4. Counter-notice and repeat misuse

If your content was restricted in error, you may reply with the relevant explanation and evidence of your rights or permission. We may restrict accounts used repeatedly or intentionally to infringe, evade enforcement, or submit fraudulent notices, subject to applicable law and an opportunity to explain where appropriate.

5. Trademark and impersonation

Do not use Inquev, Inqevra AI, Evra’X, or Evra Studio marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership, or official status without written permission. Report deceptive impersonation through the Grievance Policy channel.
