1. Our commitment
Inquev aims to make Inqevra AI usable by people with different abilities, devices, languages, and input methods. We design toward recognised accessibility practices, including WCAG principles, but this statement is not a claim of complete conformance or certification.
2. Current support
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states where the interface supports the relevant control.
- Semantic headings, labels, alternative text for meaningful images, and status messages for important actions.
- Responsive layouts and support for browser zoom and common assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.
- A support channel for requesting information or an alternative format when a feature is not accessible.
3. Known limitations
Some third-party payment, identity, media, browser, mobile, or embedded experiences may have limitations outside our direct control. Preview, planned, and newly released AI interfaces may also have accessibility gaps while they are being improved.
4. Report a barrier
Email support@technovix.in with the page or feature, the barrier you encountered, your preferred contact method, and any assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. We will prioritise barriers that prevent access to account, payment, privacy, safety, or support functions and will work toward a reasonable alternative.
