1. Purpose
This Policy protects users, third parties, providers, and the Service. It applies to all use of Inqevra AI, including guest access, accounts, prompts, uploads, generated output, shared content, APIs, tools, and integrations.
You must also follow applicable law and the usage policies of underlying providers when their services are used.
2. Illegal, harmful, or abusive conduct
- Do not use the Service to plan, facilitate, conceal, or encourage unlawful conduct or serious physical harm.
- Do not exploit, sexualise, groom, endanger, or identify children, and never create or distribute child sexual abuse material.
- Do not threaten, harass, stalk, extort, dox, impersonate, or target people with hateful or abusive conduct.
- Do not promote suicide, self-harm, eating-disorder harm, or dangerous challenges. Seek qualified emergency support where immediate risk exists.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery or realistic deceptive media intended to harm, defraud, intimidate, or manipulate.
3. Fraud, deception, and manipulation
- Do not conduct phishing, credential theft, payment fraud, scams, spam, fake reviews, fabricated evidence, or deceptive impersonation.
- Do not misrepresent generated content as authentic where doing so is likely to mislead or cause harm.
- Do not manipulate political participation, public processes, or civic decision-making through targeted deception or prohibited profiling.
- Do not bypass identity, payment, location, age, safety, or entitlement controls.
4. Privacy, confidentiality, and identity
- Do not upload, expose, infer, or trade personal or confidential data without a lawful basis and necessary authority.
- Do not attempt to identify anonymous individuals, reveal hidden personal attributes, or conduct prohibited biometric surveillance.
- Do not use another person's voice, likeness, signature, or identity deceptively or without the rights required for the intended use.
- Do not submit authentication secrets, payment credentials, private keys, or highly sensitive data unless an expressly supported secure workflow requires it.
5. Cybersecurity and technical abuse
- Do not deploy malware, ransomware, credential-stealing code, botnets, destructive payloads, or unauthorised persistence.
- Do not compromise systems, accounts, networks, or data without clear authorisation.
- Do not perform denial-of-service activity, destructive testing, broad automated exploitation, or evasion of security controls.
- Security research must be authorised, scoped, proportionate, and compliant with the Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or automate the Service to bypass normal APIs, restrictions, quotas, or payment requirements.
6. Regulated and high-impact decisions
Do not use Inqevra AI as the sole decision-maker for employment, housing, education admissions, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, law enforcement, immigration, or another decision that materially affects a person's rights or access to essential services.
Qualified human review, appropriate evidence, notice, contestability, and all legally required safeguards must be used.
7. Intellectual property and platform integrity
- Do not knowingly infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, database, contractual, or other rights.
- Do not remove provenance, watermark, safety, or disclosure information to facilitate deception or infringement.
- Do not resell personal-plan access, share accounts, create account farms, or coordinate limit evasion.
- Do not falsely claim that Inquev endorses, certifies, sponsors, or partners with you.
8. Enforcement
We may warn, block content, limit a feature, reduce rate limits, revoke sessions, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or terminate access depending on severity, recurrence, intent, impact, and legal obligations.
We may use automated and human review for safety and enforcement. Where appropriate, users may contact support to appeal a decision. Serious imminent threats or unlawful activity may be reported to competent authorities as permitted or required by law.
9. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to support@technovix.in with the relevant URL, account or content identifier, reason, and supporting information. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive data.
