1. Who this is for
This Policy applies to complaints about Inqevra AI, including registration, waitlist verification, accounts, privacy, AI output, safety, accessibility, payments, subscriptions, content moderation, and support. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and does not limit a statutory remedy.
2. Grievance Officer and contact channels
Grievance Officer: Jasvir Singh.
Email: contact@technovix.in. General support: support@technovix.in. WhatsApp support: +91 78147 27860.
Use the channel that best fits the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, recovery codes, CVVs, complete payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data.
3. What to include
- The account email or a safe callback method, without sharing authentication secrets.
- The relevant page, transaction, conversation, request, or support reference.
- A clear description of what happened, when it happened, and the outcome you are seeking.
- Only the minimum evidence needed to investigate, with unrelated personal data removed or redacted.
4. Acknowledgement, investigation, and response
We will route the complaint to the appropriate team, verify ownership where necessary, preserve relevant records, and communicate a reasoned outcome or next step. Where an applicable law prescribes a deadline, we will follow that deadline. For consumer e-commerce complaints to which the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply, our process is designed to acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and address it within one month, subject to lawful exceptions and investigation needs.
Urgent safety, account-compromise, payment-fraud, or personal-data concerns should be marked urgent. We may temporarily restrict an account or content to prevent ongoing harm while investigating.
5. Review and escalation
If you disagree with an outcome, reply to the case with new information or explain why a review is needed. You may also contact a competent consumer, privacy, cyber-security, or other statutory authority where the law gives you that right. Nothing in this Policy requires you to waive a statutory forum or remedy.
6. Privacy and records
Complaint information is used to investigate, communicate, secure the Service, comply with law, and establish or defend claims. We restrict access and retain records only for the period reasonably required for those purposes. See the Privacy Policy for rights and deletion requests.
