1. Your deletion choice
You may request deletion of your Inqevra AI account and personal data associated with it. Account deletion is separate from deleting an individual chat, file, project, or other item.
This Policy applies to Inqevra AI accounts created through the website or mobile app. It does not require you to install the app again to make a deletion request.
2. How to request account deletion
When the in-product control is available, sign in and open Settings, then Privacy, then Delete account. Review the consequences, complete the requested verification, and confirm the deletion request.
During pre-launch, or if you cannot access the in-product control, email support@technovix.in from the email address registered to the account. Use “Delete my Inqevra AI account” as the subject and identify the account email. Do not send a password, OTP, recovery code, payment credential, or identity document unless we first explain why a specific document is lawfully necessary and provide a secure method.
3. Identity and ownership verification
We may verify that the requester controls the account or registered email address before deletion. This protects users against unauthorised or malicious deletion requests.
If the account belongs to an organisation, workspace controls and the organisation's lawful instructions may affect which content the requester may delete. We will explain any applicable restriction.
4. Data covered by deletion
Deletion from active systems may be followed by removal from encrypted backups through the normal backup rotation cycle. Processors may also require a reasonable period to complete deletion in accordance with their documented procedures.
- The user profile, authentication account, profile preferences, and active sessions.
- Chats, messages, projects, uploaded files, library items, saved outputs, and generated content associated only with the account.
- Notification preferences, product settings, and account-level guest-session links.
- Personal usage records that are not required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal compliance.
5. Limited records that may remain
We may retain the minimum records reasonably necessary to comply with law, maintain tax or payment records, prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, enforce legal rights, resolve disputes, demonstrate consent or policy acceptance, or honour a valid legal hold.
Retained records will remain access-restricted, will not be used to continue ordinary product personalisation, and will be deleted or de-identified when the lawful retention purpose ends.
6. Subscriptions, access, and consequences
Deleting an account permanently removes access to the account and data scheduled for deletion. Deletion may not be reversible after processing begins, so download any information you are entitled to keep before confirming the request.
An account-deletion request does not by itself guarantee reversal of a completed payment. Active subscriptions or payment mandates must be cancelled through the available billing controls or with support. Applicable cancellation and refund rules remain governed by the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.
7. Processing and status
We will process a verified deletion request without unreasonable delay and within any deadline required by applicable law. Timing may depend on identity verification, account complexity, processor completion, backup rotation, fraud or security review, and lawful retention duties.
We may contact the registered email address to confirm receipt, request necessary clarification, or report completion. If we cannot delete a specific record, we will explain the applicable reason where the law permits.
8. Help and grievances
For deletion assistance, email support@technovix.in. For an unresolved grievance, contact Jasvir Singh, Grievance Officer, at contact@technovix.in or through WhatsApp support at +91 78147 27860.
